1.         ICICI Bank Ltd., Sector 9, Chandigarh, through its Branch Manager.

 

2.         ICICI Bank Ltd., Mumbai, through its General Manager.    

 

                                                                                                          Opposite Parties

 

Present:           Complainant with his counsel Sh.Varinder Arora, Advocate.

Sh.Himendra Pal Singh, Authorized Representative of OPs with counsel Sh.Sandeep Suri, Advocate for OPs.

                       

Dated, the 26th day of March, 2010.

                        ORDER

1.                     This case has been taken up today in the Lok Adalat. Efforts were made to settle the matter, which stood fructified and the parties have settled the dispute. Statement given by them is reproduced as under:-

“Statement of Sh.Himendra Pal Singh, Authorised Representative of ICICI Bank – OP

 

The matter has been settled between the parties and as per the settlement, the OP Bank will provide NOC to the complainant against his loan account/case and also pay him a lumpsum compensation of Rs.22,600/-  within 4 weeks from today.     

 

Statement of Sh.Ranjit Singh Chandok, Complainant with Sh.Varinder Arora, Adv.

 

I have heard and gone through the above statement made by the representative of OP Bank and accept it as correct.  The complaint be disposed of accordingly.  However, I may be allowed to pursue the case in default of the statement as made by OP.”

 

2.                     In view of the above statement, the complaint stands disposed of. The OPs would provide NOC to the complainant against his loan account/case and also pay him a lumpsum compensation of Rs.22,600/- within 4 weeks from today i.e. 26.3.2010.     

3.                     Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
