           None for the DH since   last dates of hearings  i.e.19. 9.2014, 19.11.2014, 6.1.2015, 23.3.2015, 26.5.2015, 6.7.2015, 6.8.2015, 30.10.2015 ,1.06.2016and  today consecutively.

Perused file.

           DH is not appearing in this forum ,therefore, it appears that DH is not interested in perusing this execution and there is a possibility that the DH has get the order executed through collector.

In these above circumstances it will be abuse of process of law  tocontinue this execution in the long absence of the DH.  Hence this execution is dismissed as accordingly.

Copy of this order be made available to the parties free of cost as per law and a copy be kept on separate file. File be consigned to record room.
