Present:       Sh. Sunil Hooda, Advocate for the complainant.

                   Sh. Naveen Chaudhary, Advocate for the Opposite party.

                   Learned counsel for the Opposite party suffered a statement that the matter has been settled with the complainant for full and final amount of Rs.3000/- (Rupees Three thousand only) and opposite party will make the aforesaid payment to the complainant within 45 days from the date of order.

                   Learned counsel for the complainant suffered a statement that he has heard and gone through the contents of aforesaid statement. He further stated that he agrees with the same and have no objection if the aforesaid matter is disposed accordingly.

                   In view of the above statements suffered by both the parties present complaint is hereby disposed off being settled, with directions to the opposite party to pay the alleged amount of Rs.3000/- (Rupees Three thousand only) to the complainant within 45 days, failing which the opposite party shall be liable to pay the settlement amount alongwith interest @9% per annum from today i.e. 16.10.2024 till its realization to the complainant. Parties shall be bound by their respective statements. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

                   File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
