Heard,

Complainant has filed the complaint making OP-1, OP-2, and OP-3 as one of the parties. From the perusal of the complaint and after hearing of the complainant, he has stated that he has a account with ICICI Bank situated at NOIDA. He has further stated that the transaction has taken place for NOIDA Branch ICICI Bank. The fact that the transaction has taken place at NOIDA Branch ICICI Bank, he has also make Preet Vihar Branch ICICI Bank as one of the OP. His complaint does not lie within the Jurisdiction of this Forum, that his complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.
