During the course of proceedings of this case, parties have got compromised and statements of both the parties recorded separately. Sh.Amarjit Singh, Complainant has received the Original Sale Deed dated 03.06.2003 No.1919 favouring Sh.Mehnga Singh, the Original Sale Deed dated 23.06.1999 No.3424, Original agreement to sell dated 08.05.2003, Original N.E.C., Original Zamabandi for fifteen years, NOC by Municipal Corporation, Jalandhar and NOC issued by the ICICI Bank from the opposite parties today before this Forum for himself and on behalf of his brother Sh.Jaswinder Singh and further made a statement that he does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and he withdrawn the present complaint being compromised.

In view of the statement suffered by the Complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn after having been compromised. File be consigned to the record room.
