1. ICICI Bank Ltd. through its Collection Manager, Sector-12, Karnal.

                     Complaint u/s 12  of the Consumer Protection Act

Present:      Complainant in person alongwith Shri Surender Kumar Advocate.

                   Shri Anil Kumar Debt Manager alongwith Sh.Amit Gupta Advocate.

 

ORDER:      

                   Parties alongwith their counsel have made joint statement that they have arrived at a compromise. According to which the complainant would make payment of Rs.50,000/- to the opposite party in respect of tractor loan bearing account no.LFPNP00002091574 as full and final settlement of the loan and the opposite party would issue No Dues Certificate to the complainant within 15 days of the receipt of the said amount. In view of such compromise the complainant does not want to pursue with the complaint.

                   In view of the joint statement of the parties with their counsel, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn having being compromise, but the parties shall bound remain of their joint statement. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
