On perusal of order sheet it has been seen that since 2018 matter was listed for final arguments. In fact on 16.12.2019 last opportunity granted to the parties for oral arguments. Thereafter 24.02.2021, complainant has not appeared. Thereafter no appearance has been entered into by the complainant for several consecutive hearings including today. Commission is not inclined to accommodate to keep it any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for non-appearance, non-prosecution in light of the detailed observation.
