Present:       Sh. Divyam Panghal Advocate, DH in person.

                   Sh. Naveen Chaudhary, Advocate for the JD.

                   File put up today before Lok Adalat. DH suffered a statement that he has received the payment from the JD. Hence, he withdraws the present execution being fully satisfied.

                   In view of the statement made by the DH, present execution is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being settled and fully satisfied in Lok Adalat. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
