Case called several times since morning but neither the complainant nor his counsel has come present today. It is already 3.30 P.M.  Perusal of the case file reveals that the case is pending for filing the reply to the application since 25.03.2019, which shows that the complainant is intentionally avoiding to file the reply to the application. So, it appears that the complainant is not interested to pursue with his complaint and as such, the present complaint is hereby dismissed in default for want of prosecution. File be consigned to the record room.
