          This case coming on 19-02-2015 for final hearing before us in the presence of Sri C.R.CHANDRA, Advocate for the Complainant and of Sri.U.S.V.PRASAD, Advocate for the Opposite Parties 1 and 2, and having stood over till this date for consideration, this Forum made the following.

(As per the Orders of the Hon’ble President on behalf of the Bench)

 

The Complainant and the OPs are present along with their respective counsels on record, and filed joint memo, stating that both parties have entered into settlement. Both parties have agreed by filing this joint memo and the OP Bank had handed over the Demand Draft bearing No.20069 for an amount of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) dated 6-1-2015 to the complainant.

Heard both sides. Joint memo is recorded.

The Complaint is dismissed in view of the compromise/of joint memo. No costs.
