                        Today the case was fixed for evidence of complainant being last opportunity with costs of Rs. 400/- ( Rs.100+300/-) from the last several dates. Case called several times since morning but neither anyone appeared on behalf of complainants nor tendered any evidence despite availing so many opportunities. It is 3.30 P.M. but none appeared on behalf of the complainant. The evidence of the OPs has already been closed.  The case pertains to the year 2013. It seems that complainants are not interested to pursue the present complaint. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed in default. Copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
