 ORDER:      

                       Counsel for the complainant made a statement that the compromise has been effected between the parties.  The complainant has received a sum of Rs.30,000/- through  DD.  Now, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and withdraws the same.

                  In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby disposed of as per statement of  learned counsel for the complainant.  Certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of costs.  The file be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
