ORDER

          Case was taken up in Lok Adalat.  The case has been settled.           Shri Adil Alvi, Counsel for OP has been authorised to settle the complaint with the complainant and have agreed to pay an amount of Rs. 10,000/- to the complainant as full and final settlement within a period of 10 days.  Since, the matter has been settled between the parties, the complaint stands satisfied.
