ORDER

Case is posted to-day for appearance and version by the OPs. Advocate for Complainant is present. D.Mishra, Advocate appeared on behalf of Opposite Party Bank. Both the party has filed a joint compromise petition stating therein that, the Opposite Party has received the full and final amount in respect of the loan agreement in this case and under takes to provide N.O.C to the Complainant within 15 days hence and in view of the settlement, the Complainant does not want to proceed further with the case. Heard the petition. In view of the above compromise petition, the case is dropped.
