Called twice both parties absent. It is noted that on 4/03/13 Adv. for complainant has submitted before this hearing that the matter has been amicably settled. Said Adv. undertook to produce withdrawal application on behalf of complainant. But failed to do so. In view of this the matter cannot be allowed to drag indefinetely & hence is closed. Liberty is given to complainant to approach this forum incase the matter has not been settled with explaination also why his Adv. has declared as above.
