Ms.Nirmala V. Gopal, Advocate present for the complainant.  She is not ready with affidavit of evidence on behalf of complainant.  None present for the opponent.  Advocate for the complainant has requested for adjournment.  In view of earlier orders, her prayer is not tenable and hence, rejected.  Opponent failed to deposit cost as directed per order dated 14/12/2012.  Burden lies on the complainant to substantiate the allegations by filing evidence on affidavit.  Complainant failed to lead evidence on affidavit.  Hence, we pass the following order :-

                   -: ORDER :-

1.       Complaint is dismissed for default.

2.       Parties to bear their own costs.

3.       Copies of the order be furnished to both parties.
