12.10.2009 Present:Sh. Puneet Kumar vice counsel of Sh. K.S.Sidhu, counsel for the complainant. Sh. Sanjay Goyal, counsel for opposite parties No.2 and 3. Opposite party No.1 already exparte. Sh.Sanjay Goyal, learned counsel for opposite parties No.2 and 3 has submitted cheque bearing No. 433085 dt. 24.9.2009 for Rs. 500/- drawn in favour of complainant Sh. Satish Kumar in compliance with order of this Forum in CC. No. 293 of 16.10.2008 decided on 21.5.2009. We have perused the order as referred to above. The offer made by the learned counsel for opposite parties No.2 and 3. The cheque is handed over to the complainant in the Court.
