Since previous four dates nobody is appearing in this appeal.  On 18/10/2010 we had directed to issue notice before admission returnable on 4/2/2011 to the Respondent.  However, endorsement made by the office shows that the Appellant has not come with the required papers for service of notice to the Respondents and so, notice could not be issued to the Respondent.  Thereafter three dates were given but, the Appellant remained absent and did not care to serve the Respondent.  Hence, the appeal stands dismissed for default.  No order as to costs.  Inform the parties accordingly.
