ORDER

THIRU. M. MONY, PRESIDENT

 

Complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986. Complaint is filed seeking direction against the opposite parties  to return all the original documents and also to pay a sum of Rs.19,00,000/- towards business loss and also to pay Rs.50,000/- as compensation for mental agony and to pay cost of the complaint.

 

 Both complainant and the opposite party counsel appeared and filed a joint Comprise Memo signed by both parties stating that the matter is settled out of this forum and requested to withdraw the case.   Hence the Memo is recorded.   In view of the Memo this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.   No costs.    Comprise Memo form part of the order.
