Mr. Rahul Srivatsav, Legal Senior Manager and counsel for OP submits a memo along with letter dated 20.09.2023 submitted by appellant herein to the respondent ICICI Bank Limited confirming resolution to his satisfaction.  This case filed before this Commission, though complainant remained absent, we are satisfied to consider his letter submitted along with memo of Legal Senior Manager. Accordingly order to dismiss the complaint as resolved between the parties.
