        This file is taken up for compromise. Learned counsel for op no.1 bank has suffered a statement that bank has already deposited an amount of Rs.1,76,009/- in the account of complainant and remaining amount of Rs.10,000/- alongwith an amount of Rs.10,000/- as litigation expenses i.e. total remaining amount of Rs.20,000/- shall be paid to the complainant within one month and case may be decided accordingly. Learned counsel for complainant has also suffered a statement that op no.1 bank has deposited above said amount of Rs.1,76,009/- in the account of complainant and has admitted to pay an amount of Rs.20,000/- to the complainant and complainant has no objection if the complaint is disposed of as per statement of learned counsel for op no.1. In view of the statements of learned counsel for op no.1 as well as learned counsel for complainant, the op no.1 bank shall pay remaining amount of Rs.20,000/- to the complainant within one month from today and in default, the complainant shall be entitled to recover the said amount of Rs.20,000/- from op no.1 alongwith interest at the rate of @6% per annum from today till actual realization. The present complaint stands disposed of accordingly being compromised. A copy of this order be supplied to the parties as per rules. File be consigned to the record room.
