     Ghanshyam Tomer aged 49 years son of Shri R.C.Tomer R/o House No.85, Street No.6,  Shiv Partap Nagar, Ambala Cantt.

ICICI Bank Limited, LIC Building, Jagadri Road, Ambala Cantt. through its Branch Manager.

          Complaint under Section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019

                   Today, learned counsel for the OP has suffered a statement, which is recorded separately, to the effect that complainant was having credit card No.4477 4742 4277 9000, in which certain amount was overdue as outstanding. The OP has offered to the complainant for settlement in sum of Rs.10,000/-, as full and final payment towards the entire outstanding dues of above credit card by way of waving off remaining amount. If the complainant pay the said amount of Rs.10,000/-, within 3 working days then the lien marked on saving Account No.000701216888, in the name of Ghanshyam Tomer will be removed within 15 days from the date of receipt of the payment of Rs.10,000/-. The above settlement is qua the above stated credit card dues only.  Learned counsel for the complainant has also suffered a statement, which is recorded separately, to the effect that he has gone through the statement of learned counsel for the OP, he accept the proposal on behalf of complainant. He has handed over cheque No.150990 dated 25.11.2024 of Rs.10,000/-, drawn at State Bank of India, in favour of ICICI Bank Credit Card No.4477474242779000, as full and final settlement of above credit card to learned counsel for the OP, on behalf of complainant. Complainant has no other financial terms with ICICI Bank except the credit card due and lien marked by OP. The above settlement is qua the above stated credit card and lien only. Complainant is having Bank Account No.000701216888 in ICICI Bank Limited, which is Dormant. Complainant will make operative the aforesaid account on his own responsibility with cooperation of OP. Now the complainant has no grievance against the OP and withdraws the present complaint on behalf of complainant.   

                             In view of the aforesaid statement suffered by the learned counsel for the complainant and learned counsel for the OP, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. It is made clear that parties shall remain bound by their statements. Certified copy of this order passed in Lok Adalat be supplied to the parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room, after due compliance.
