 This is an application for condonation of delay of 200 days in filing an appeal.  Appellant himself is an advocate.  He claims to have engaged services of another advocate to prepare an appeal.  Appeal was stated to be ready on 17/01/2012 but was filed on 26/06/2012.  No reasons are disclosed in the application for condonation of delay except the personal difficulty of the advocate who drafted and filed the appeal.  Orally learned advocate for the appellant states that the appellant’s advocate got married sometime in January 2012.  That cannot be a ground for filing an appeal so belatedly.  Since the application for condonation of delay does not show good reasons to condone the delay, it is rejected.  Consequently, appeal does not survive for consideration.
