ORDER

Complainant has filed this application alleging that the proposal for settlement given by the opposite party Bank to pay compensation of Rs.10 Lakh is acceptable to him and complaint may, therefore, be allowed to be withdrawn. Complainant who is accompanied by Shri Chowdhury, and Shri Suri, Advocates confirm the statement made in the application. -2- Complainant admits of having received demand draft for the settled amount of Rs.10 Lakhs from the Bank. In view of settlement between the parties, the complaint is dismissed as satisfied. No order as to cost.
