ORDER

Complainant and advocate called out. Thye are not present. The L.C. for the o.p. submitted that he is ready and willing to pay or deposit the amount as per order passed in CD.191/05 accordingly, the amount has been calculated. The total amount comes as under: 1. Principle Rs.2,616.78/- 2. Interest thereon Rs. 6.45/- 3. Cost Rs. 500.00/- ------------------ Total 3,123.23/- The L.C. for the o.p. has deposited an amount of Rs.3,123.23/- to the account of this Forum for payment to the complainant. Hence, the following order. ORDER 1. The case is closed as the o.p. has paid the entire amount. 2. Issue cheque in favour of the complainant in respect of the deposited amount.
