Despite repeated calls complainant has not appeared. The present complaint case was filed on 29.02.2016. Complainant is not appearing since 14.03.2023. On the last date of hearing i.e. 14.03.2023 last and final opportunity was granted to parties to address final arguments. Today also complainant is absent. It appears that complainant is not interested in pursuing present case. Therefore present complaint case is dismissed in default of the complainant as well as for non prosecution.
