This revision petition was dismissed today in liminie, for reasons to be recorded separately. The reasons are as under: The impugned order has merely condoned the delay in filing the appeal. The delay was condoned subject to payment of cost of Rs.500/- to the respondent. In view of this, the order of the State Commission is justified and does not warrant any interference under section 21 (b) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986.
