ORDER

          Case was taken up in Lok Adalat.  The case has been settled.           Counsel for JD has been authorized to settle the Execution Petition with the DH and paid an amount of Rs. 13,000/- instead of Rs.13,065/- to the DH and DH is ready to take this amount as full and final settlement.  Since, the matter has been settled between the parties, the execution petition stands satisfied.
