                        Today the case was fixed for evidence of complainant being last opportunity. Case called several times since morning but neither anyone appeared on behalf of complainant nor tendered any evidence despite last opportunity. From the perusal of order sheet, it is appraised that complainant is not appearing from the last four (4) continuous hearings.  The case pertains to the year 2014. It seems that complainant is not interested to pursue the present complaint. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed in default. Copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
