Statement of Sh.Sanjay Goyal,counsel for opposite parties W.O. Stated that opposite party No.1 is ready to transfer Rs.61,000/- in loan account number No.LVKTK00007288985 of the complainant within 20 days from today and when amount of Rs.61,000/- shall be transferred in the loan account of the complainant than claim of the complainant against all the receipts shall be relinquished and shall be fully satisfied.
