ORDER

Applicant, who is a Sqn. Leader in the Air Force, filed the complaint before the District Forum, Shillong, Meghalaya when he was posted there.  District Forum dismissed the complaint holding that it did not have the pecuniary jurisdiction.  The complaint was transferred to the State Commission, Meghalaya.

Subsequently, the applicant was transferred to Ahmedabad.  He has filed this application seeking transfer of the complaint from State Commission, Meghalaya to State Commission, Gujarat.  Now the applicant has been transferred to Delhi.  He has moved a Misc.Application seeking transfer of the complaint to State Commission, Delhi.

We do not find any merit in this transfer application.  The complaint cannot be transferred from one State Commission to another as per the convenience of the applicant on his being posted from one place to another.  Dismissed.
