            The complainant has made statement that he is ready to pay to the OP Bank Rs.15,000/- as full & final settlement of the claim and the complaint may be dismissed as fully satisfied. The OPs admitted statement of the complainant to be correct and received cheque of Rs.15,000/- from the complainant bearing cheque No.525636, dated 1.7.2011 drawn on HDFC Bank favouring ICICI Credit Card No.9401270061878000. Such statement is placed on record. In view of this, the complaint is dismissed as fully satisfied.

            Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
