                                                            ORDER

                        Sh.Sandeep Suri, Adv. for OPs alongwith Sh.Himender Singh, Manager of ICICI Bank Ltd. gave statement that in terms of the order of this Forum dated 2.3.2009, the OP Bank, in addition to the amounts already paid to the complainant through cheques/draft and NOC, which has already been issued, is paying amount of Rs.800/- towards balance payable amount and the OP Bank also does hereby state and indemnify the complainant that any cheques, which may have been provided to the Bank in respect of the loan in question, shall not be used by the Bank in any manner and indemnify the complainant against the misuse of the same.

                        Sh.Diwan Sharma, Advocate for complainant gave a statement that he has heard the statement of counsel for OP and accepted it as correct and he has received Rs.800/- in cash from counsel for OP and he withdraws the execution application and the same be disposed of accordingly.

                        In view of the said statement of counsel for the parties, this execution application is dismissed as withdrawn. The parties shall remain bound by their statements.

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
