Heard Learned Counsel for the Petitioner. I perused the orders of lower fora. The impugned order of State Commission dated 9.10.2009 clarified the order on the execution application filed by the Petitioner which was disposed by the District Forum on 12.6.2009. The State Commission has clarified that by order dated 9.10.2009, the District Forum had modified the order of 7.6.2004 passed by the District Forum. There is no confusion on the same as explained in para -12 of the impugned order. In my view, there is no reason to interfere with the impugned order. Accordingly, the revision petition is dismissed with no order as to costs.
