                   (Notice of complaint was not ordered against the opponent No.2).

                    

                 On the basis of even dated application, file taken up on today.  Sh. KK Gupta, Adv. on behalf of the opponent No.1 is also present before this Commission and notified about the application. The opponent No.1 made payment of Rs.20,000/- to the complainant through DD No.506193 dated 07.11.2023. Photocopy of the same retained on record and statement of counsel for the complainant and counsel for the opponent No.1 recorded. In view of the statement of counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn, with no order as to costs. Official concerned, who is working as Reader of the Commission is directed to incorporate necessary entry in the relevant register, showing the disposal of present complaint on today itself, by proponing the date of hearing. File be consigned to the records.
