ORDER

            The complainant alongwith his counsel made statement that he has received the DD of Rs.23,500/- bearing No.223725, dated 8.9.2011 drawn on ICICI Bank favouring the complainant. He further stated that the entry with regard to amount of Rs.5400/- has been rectified and the actual balance has been shown after lifting the lien and in view of this, he withdraw the complaint being fully satisfied/compromised. Such statement has been recorded separately. Photocopy of draft in question retained on record. In view of this, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied/compromised.

            Copies of this order be sent to the parties free of charge. The file be consigned.
