            Counsel for OPs made statement that the matter has been settled and as per settlement, OP No.1 & 2 shall not claim any amount against the credit card in question. Counsel for complainant admitted statement of learned counsel for OPs to be correct and stated that the complaint may be disposed of accordingly. Such statement has been recorded separately.

            In view of such statements, the OP No.1 & 2 is directed not to claim any amount against the credit card in question. The complaint stands disposed of accordingly.
