    Complainant filed an application for withdrawal of the complaint
stating their in  that both the parties in the case have resolve the
issue amicably and complainant has agreed to withdraw the complaint
against OP.

     Heard, perused the file.  As both the parties have resolve the
issue and complainant has agreed to withdraw the complaint hence
withdrawal of complaint is allowed.

   As the complaint is withdrawn and complainant wants no relief from
this  Forum, the prayer in this complaint has become infructuous.
Hence case is dismissed as withdrawn and is disposed of accordingly.

Copy of this order be made available to the parties free of cost as
per law. File be consigned to record room.
