CONSUMER COMPLAINT NO. 410  OF  2015

ORDER

                    Sh. Sandeep Suri, counsel for the OPs has made the following statement, recorded separately: -

                   “On instructions of my client, the OPs offer to pay a sum of Rs.11000/- to the complainant within four weeks from today in full & final settlement of the dispute towards this complaint, as a special case”. 

                   Sh. Gurdev Singh, counsel for the complainant and Sh. Parveen Bhalla, complainant has made the following statement, recorded separately: -

                   “I accept the offer of OPs. I withdraw this complaint”.

                   In view of the compromise arrived at between the parties, it is ordered that OPs shall pay a sum of Rs.11000/- in full & final settlement of the dispute within four weeks from today failing which the  OPs shall pay the above said amount along with interest @18% p.a. from the date of filing of the complaint till the date of realization.

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
