Present: Sh. H.S.Sandhu, Advocate, counsel for complainant.

               Sh. K.K.Gupta, Advocate, counsel for OPs.

             

                        File taken up today on the application of counsel for the complainant. Sh. K.K.Gupta, Advocate, appeared and filed power of attorney on behalf of OPs. Compromise has been effected between the parties and in this regard complainant made a statement recorded separately.  Now nothing remains due toward the OPs, so he wants to withdraw the present complaint being fully satisfied.

                        In view of the aforesaid statement made by the counsel for complainant, the present complaint stands disposed off being fully satisfied. Copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
