                   The Debt Manager appearing on behalf of OP has made a statement that they will give the complainant No Dues Certificate in respect of Credit Card No.4477468302380006 and also  pay Rs.5,000/- as compensation within one month.

                   In view of the statement made on behalf of OP, the  learned counsel for the complainant has also made a statement that he is agreed with the statement of Debt Manager and in view of his statement the complaint may be disposed off.

                   In view of the statements of the parties, we direct the OPs to give No Dues Certificate in respect of Credit Card No. 4477468302380006  and Rs.5,000/- to the complainant as compensation  within one month. Hence, the complaint stands disposed off.

                   File be consigned to the records after due compliance.
