Mahesh Kant vs. ICICI

CC No. 199 of 2012.

 

Present: Sh. Dharamvir Singh, Advocate, counsel for complainant.

              Sh. K.K.Gupta, Advocate, counsel for OPs.

 

                        File taken up today on the application of both the parties. However, counsel for the OPs made a statement that compromise has been effected with the complainant and they are ready to provide NOC/NDC to the complainant. Now, nothing is due against the complainant and they will provide the NOC/NDC within a period of 45 days and prayed for disposal of the complaint.

                        On the other hand, counsel for the complainant made a statement that he has heard and understood the statement of OPs and in view of the aforesaid statement he withdraws the present complaint, which may be filed.

                        In view of the aforesaid statement made by both the parties, the present complaint stands disposed off being fully satisfied. Both the parties are bound by their statement made in the Forum. Copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
