                        Today the case is fixed for arguments.. From the perusal case file it reveals that the complainant or his counsel  had not appeared on the previous date of hearing i.e on 14.9.2017  . It seems that complainant is not interested to pursue his present complaint. . Today ,  the case called several times since morning but none has appeared on behalf of the complainant It is already 3.30. P.M No further  wait is justified Hence the present complaint is hereby dismissed in default.Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
