Complainant is absent without step. He is found absent on calls. The case is taken up for admission hearing. Complainant is again found absent on calls. It is now 1.15pm. Perused the petition of complaint and the annexures. We find that the case is hopelessly barred as per provision of C.P.Act 1986 as the complainant has filed this case log after 6 months of dismissal of their complaint registered by Consumer Case no.7915/15 at Siliguri DCDRF on 21/06/2016 with only an application of condonation of delay of filing this case. Hence it is 

ORDERED

that the petition of complaint stands dismissed being hopelessly barred by limitation without cost. Let a copy of this order be supplied to the petitioner forthwith free of cost.
