Gaurav Mangla Versus ICICI Bank ltd.

CC No.615 of 2011.

 

Present: Sh. Gaurav Mangla, complainant in person with counsel Sh. David Singh.   

Sh. K.K.Gupta, Advocate, counsel for OPs. 

 

                        Counsel for the OPs appeared before this Forum and made a statement recorded separately that a compromise has taken place with the complainant and a cheque of Rs. 22,000/- bearing No. 500415 dated 14.02.2017 drawn on ICICI Bank Ltd had already been handed over to the complainant being a full and final payment. The complainant who is also present in the court also made a statement recorded separately that he has received a cheque of Rs. 22,000/- bearing No. 500415 dated 14.02.2017 full and final payment and he does not want to pursue the present complaint.              

                        In view of the statement recorded separately of both the parties as the matter has been patched up between the parties. Hence, the present complaint is hereby disposed off accordingly. Copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
