ORDER

     Case called several times since morning, but none has turned up for the complainant. Waited till 1.00 PM. Since the complainant has not been attending the court since 07.09.2016 and was granted an opportunity to appear on 07.09.2016, 04.10.2016, 08.11.2016 and 05.12.2016 through notices sent by ordinary post and later registered post, it appears that complainant is not interested in pursuing the present complaint. Hence, this complaint is dismissed in default.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
