O.P.  today one banker’s cheque being No. 211968 dt. 20/03/2013 for an amount of ` 10, 680/- in favour of the complainant Amit Mondal, who receives the same on full satisfaction of his all claims as made out in his petition. Heard. Considered. Banker’s cheque is now handed over to the complainant. In view of the above position, the instant is disposed of on full satisfaction subject to encashment of the above cheque.
