ORDER

Complaint is partly allowed as under:- Complaint is dismissed as against O.P.1 with observation that complainant is at liberty to proceed against him according to law in proper court. O.P.No.2 and 3 are directed to pay damages of Rs.2,000/- and cost of Rs.500/- to the complainant, within two months from the date of receipt of this order towards the deficiency in service that is misplacement of the cheque. If O.P.2 and 3 fails to do so complainant would be entitled to receive interest at the rate of 12% p.a. from such date till payment. O.P.2 and 3 is further directed to issue necessary certificates, documents or letters to the complainant in this respect. Send certified copies of this judgement and order to both parties under COP.
