           None is present for the complainant as well as for the opponent. 

           On last date, complainant was absent though service of notice.  In the interest of justice, matter was adjourned for appearance of the complainant. However, today also, he failed to remain present before us on both calls i.e. in the morning session as well as afternoon session.  It appears that the complainant is not interested in prosecution of the complaint.  Hence, the complaint stands dismissed in default.
