Ld. lawyer of the complainant appears and submits his case. Upon considering his submissions and careful scrutiny of the entire materials on record we find that the complainant has annexed a copy of the letter dt.4.8.14 issued by o.p. bank addressed to the complainant which has been annexed as annexure-C with the petition of complaint. It appears from the said letter that o.p. bank has requested the complainant that he can write to them through e-mail or can call their customer care in respect of any clarification or information as has been desired by the complainant. But the complainant did not comply the request as has been made by o.p. bank in the aforesaid letter. Besides, without making any communication to o.p. as aforesaid the complainant filed this case before this Forum for deficiency of service by o.p. to the complainant.

We find since the complainant has not made any reply to the aforesaid letter to o.p. so, no deficiency of service has been established by the complainant in respect of o.p. bank at this stage because this Forum is in the dark about the action to be taken by o.p. bank if the complainant had respond to the aforesaid letter to o.p. bank.

In view of the above, the instant complaint is rejected since o.p. has not made any deficiency of service to the complainant.
